The article presents the materials of microbiological studies contents uterus cows with acute catarrhal-purulent form postpartum endometritis. Studies have shown that microflora was represented by Proteus vulgaris, Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus faecium, Citrobacter freundii, pyogenes. antibacterial activity to drugs Enroflor®, Geomicini® F and Mitrec® studied. results use for clinical recovery animals, restoration sexual cyclicity in were analyzed. features fertilization after intrauterine various cycles entire duration experiment It found highest therapeutic efficiency treatment catarrhal - purulent endometritis is provided drug Mitrec®.
